The last 10% is the job.
I have spent 20+ years in L&D figuring out how to make learning better, more visual, more engaging, and less like training. I am equally comfortable designing the learning or jumping into After Effects and creating the multimedia myself.
Lately I have been pushing hard on what AI can actually do for L&D. I build it into real production workflows and find new ways to create things that were not practical before. I experiment constantly, sweat the details, and rarely leave something at "good enough" when I know I can make it better.
