For this project, I collaborated closely with the team to storyboard the video, ensuring that the narrative conveyed the critical importance of raising concerns within a life sciences manufacturing environment. The storyline follows a real-world example, showing how speaking up on the shop floor led to increased efficiency and improved product quality. I worked with instructional designers and the multimedia team to ensure the content aligned with the key message of empowering shop floor staff to take ownership of product safety and quality.
