The A321 Service Procedures video was designed to help Virgin America flight attendants seamlessly transition to Alaska Airlines’ updated service protocols following their acquisition. I collaborated with stakeholders across both airlines, using custom SME questionnaires to gather the critical information about changes in the in-flight service manual. From there, I storyboarded the entire training video, focusing on how the updated service procedures would impact flight attendants during in-flight service.

These tools helped bring the storyboard to life, ensuring smooth, easy-to-understand visuals paired with voice-over narration to emphasize key training points.
