For this course, I was tasked with creating an immersive, story-driven learning experience designed to teach salespeople at all levels modern sales methodologies for prospecting. I developed a dynamic, interactive storyline where learners act as sales professionals navigating through a city, visiting different "buildings" and interacting with mentors along the way. The course emphasized how to choose the right entry points ("Aves"), craft effective messaging strategies ("Mind Hooks"), and create a cadence that aligns with their sales goals. Learners were guided to position themselves as value creators rather than simply product pushers, helping them tailor their approach to prospects by demonstrating how they can add value.

Each step was interactive, allowing learners to engage with the tools as they progressed through the modules, making the training feel hands-on and practical.
