This infographic was created as part of the internal communications campaign to prepare Virgin America employees for upcoming A321 aircraft training after the Alaska Airlines acquisition. The blueprint-style poster visually conveyed key updates about the A321 aircraft, including changes in seating configuration, jump seat locations, mid-cabin exits, and new equipment placements. The design was developed to be visually aligned with Virgin America’s brand, ensuring that critical operational updates were communicated clearly and effectively to all staff. This project involved close collaboration with stakeholders from both Virgin America and Alaska Airlines to ensure accuracy and readiness for the transition.
I collaborated closely with stakeholders from both Virgin America and Alaska Airlines, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions. This iterative process ensured that all details were accurate and the final design effectively communicated the training changes. Each round of feedback focused on refining the layout and ensuring the infographic delivered clear, actionable information. The design makes use of spatial organization and labeling to ensure that the complex data is easy to navigate at a glance. I incorporated their color palette and clean design aesthetic to ensure the poster aligned with the company’s visual standards.
